Travel with Class

Are you planning a trip for your class to Gdańsk? Take advantage of the "Travel with Class" program, which offers funding for school trips! Hostel Szafarnia 10 is the ideal place for accommodation for school groups in Gdańsk. We offer comfortable rooms, attractive prices, and a great location in the heart of the Old Town.

"Travel with class" is a pilot program of the Ministry of Education and Science, aimed at enhancing the educational process by subsidizing school trips. Under the program, it is possible to obtain funding of up to 50,000 PLN for a trip for a group of at least 10 students.

Who is the program intended for?

Public and non-public primary and secondary schools can participate in the program.

The program includes funding for two-day to five-day trips. The cost of accommodation and meals per trip participant must not exceed 250 PLN per day.

Within the "Travel with Class" program, the following trips are eligible for funding:
  • two-day trips – up to 20,000 PLN;
  • three-day trips – up to 30,000 PLN;
  • four-day trips – up to 40,000 PLN;
  • five-day trips – up to 50,000 PLN.

Applications for funding can be submitted in the SIO teleinformation system from June 19, 2024. Detailed information about the program, including deadlines and funding criteria, is available on the website of the Ministry of National Education.

The call for applications starts on June 19, 2024, and is conducted until the funds allocated for the project (60 million PLN) are exhausted.
